Philippe
Chambadal is the Founder & President of MetaMatrix. He
co-founded MetaMatrix after a 15-year career in executive
management for high-technology firms. Prior to joining MetaMatrix,
Philippe was Vice President, Sales & Marketing of FAME
Software, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company until July 1997.
Prior to that, he was Vice President, Sales & Marketing
and co-founder of Reuters New Media. While at Reuters, he
led the Reuters Money Network, an information service targeted
at private investors. Philippe was responsible for the launch
and success of the Reuter Terminal, the first Windows-based
product launched in the financial market. Mr. Chambadal holds
a business degree from HEC.
Jack
Hembrough: President

Jack Hembrough is the President and CEO of Application Security,
Inc. He came to the Company from Authentica, an application
encryption software venture. Prior to Authentica, he was Senior
Vice President of Worldwide Sales for SafeNet, Inc. a publicly
traded encryption technology company that provided chips and
software to fuel the VPN equipment marketplace.
Mr. Hembrough was the 14th employee of Raptor Systems, one
of the first firewall companies. At Raptor, he built the global
reseller sales channels. After building out the US channels,
he was installed as the Vice President/General Manager European
Operations, and created Raptor's European organization headquartered
in Amsterdam. He was part of the senior management team that
took Raptor public. The company was acquired by Axent in Dec
97. He has held sales management positions with Network Systems
and with Motorola / Codex, and has served in the USAF. He
earned a Master of Business Administration with Distinction
from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science
in Chemistry from the United States Air Force Academy.
Donald E. Beeler, Jr.: Chairman,

Donald Beeler has served as Chairman, President
and CEO of NSI Software since the Companys inception
in December of 1991 and is one of the three original founders.
He has assembled an impressive team, including
highly skilled software Engineers and Sales and Marketing
professionals in the data protection software industry, which
has resulted in NSI Software becoming one of the best data
recovery and replication software companies. Dons primary
responsibilities are defining the corporate vision, in addition
to the overall planning and implementation of NSIs strategy.
During his 20 years of successful management experiences,
Don has held senior positions such as President of Plexar
Communications Consultants, Inc., and also Director of Sales

Guenter Weinberger joined Sandbridge from Infineon
Technologies. Since 1995 he built the wireless business at
Siemens Semiconductor Group and later at Infineon Technologies,
where he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager
responsible for the entire wireless business from April 1999
through April 2001 generating revenues of more than $1 billion
dollars in 2000. During this period he built the system solution
business as well as strategic alliances in the wireless industry.
Guenter Weinberger started his career in mixed-signal telecom
IC design after graduating as Diplom Ingenieur of electrical
engineering from University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Dr. Harris Goldberg: President
&CEO, InMat Inc.

$300,000 in Angel funding, $150,000 from founders, and $450,000
was raised in state fund loans and grants. Last round is for
$1.5 million.
Dr. Harris A. Goldberg is the President &
CEO of InMat. Dr. Goldberg received his Ph.D. in condensed
matter theory from the University of Massachusetts in 1975.
After a postdoc at the University of Toronto, he began an
industrial research career at the Celanese Summit New Jersey
research center in 1978. Working first for Celanese and later
for Hoechst Celanese, he made technical contributions and
led business development teams in numerous material science
areas including carbon and graphite fibers, intercalated graphite,
optical recording, non-linear optics, photorefractive polymers,
packaging materials, and dielectric composites. In 1999, he
co-founded InMat LLC with his partner, Dr. Carrie Feeney,
and with the support of their technical team. InMat has continued
to lead the development of nanocomposite barrier coatings,
and had its first commercial success when Wilson Sporting
Goods introduced their Double Core tennis ball, the official
ball of the Davis Cup, in July of 2001. In April of 2003,
InMat LLC became InMat Inc. with Pangaea Ventures, NGEN Partners,
and DSM Venturing making a significant financial investment.
InMat develops, manufactures, and sells nanocomposite
barrier coatings for use in tires, sporting goods, protective
equipment, and packaging markets. Its coatings are all water
based and contain no hazardous materials. InMat's nanocomposite
coating approach provides customer value by not only decreasing
the amount of material required but also reducing the permeation
rate through rubber and plastic products.

Mr. Poliakine brinks to magink extensive experience
in international media arena, most specifically within the
Israeli media industry. Serving as the director of technology
at Matav Cable Systems Media, Ltd., (NSDQ: MATV) Poliakine
was directly responsible for raising capital to successfully
fund a number of companies supplying cutting-edge technologies
and innovative solutions to the international media industry.
As CEO of magink, Poliakine has spearheaded the drive to perfect
digital ink technology, an advancement that has been credited
with the potential to overhaul the entire outdoor advertising
industry. To date, Poliakine has raised more than $10 million
in support of magink. Prior to establishing magink, Poliakine
was the founder of several technology companies servicing
the print, broadcast, and wireless media industries. Among
his earlier ventures were Adreact, SixEye Ltd., SixEye Interactive
and StarkeyNET.
Charles Ardai: Managing
Director, D. E. Shaw & Co.,
Charles Ardai currently serves as a Managing
Director at D. E. Shaw & Co., the New York-based investment
and technology development firm Fortune magazine called "the
most intriguing and mysterious force on Wall Street."
Prior to re-joining D. E. Shaw & Co. in 2001, Mr. Ardai
served as
President and CEO of Juno Online Services, a company he founded
in 1995. At the time of its strategic merger with NetZero
in September 2001, Juno was one of the nation's largest providers
of Internet access, serving an audience of more than three
million active subscribers, and was one of the few major Internet
companies to have achieved firmwide profitability.
Before founding Juno, Mr. Ardai was instrumental in the early
development of D. E. Shaw & Co., where he served initially
as Director of Strategic Growth and later as a Senior Vice
President responsible for new business ventures. Earlier in
his career, Mr. Ardai worked at Davis Publications, where
he was
responsible for the development and marketing of products
derived from the firm's media properties. Since 1983, Mr.
Ardai has also maintained a separate career as a freelance
writer and editor. His work has appeared in dozens of publications
and anthologies ranging from magazines such as Ellery Queen's
Mystery Magazine and Analog to collections such as The Year's
Best Horror Stories and Scribner's Edgar Award-winning Mystery
and Suspense Writers. Mr. Ardai graduated summa cum laude
from Columbia University in 1991.
