About: The CLO-Meet™ (Chief Legal Officer) is designed to address legal issues related to capital raising, start-ups and businesses in general. Our goal is two fold: 1) to provide members with factual information and practical knowledge from leading legal professionals with start-up, entrepreneurial and investment experience, 2) allow for exchange of ideas and discuss issues faced by entrepreneurs. You'll gain knowledge to do the things right from the start - that will help you save thousands of dollars in professional service fees and potentially millions more from potential legal disputes.

If you are interested in participating in the SAEC CLO-Group, either as a speaker or as a group leader/planner, please send your inquiry to Gyan Parida -
