Yes! Driver's licence, passport or other form of official photo ID is required for validation at the registration desk, and to enter the venue.

The New York City metropolitan area is serviced by 3 major airports: LaGuardia (approximately 9 miles away), John F. Kennedy International (approximately 16 miles away) and Newark Liberty (approximately 17 miles away) Airports. MSG is accessible by public transportation, car service and taxi from all 3 airports.

How do I get to MSG from the airport, and how much will it cost?
MSG is easily accessible from all three major New York airports, by taxi or shuttle bus (cost subject to change). Here are approximate one way taxi fares (excluding tips and tolls) and shuttle bus costs.

What is the cancellation, substitution and refund Policy?
If you must cancel for any reason, we must receive written notice of cancellation by Dec 27, 2004. Your registration will be refunded less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations after Dec 27,2004 and No-Shows are non-refundable. You may transfer your conference registration to another person at any time prior to Jan 17, 2005 by providing written authorization.

Cancellation or transfer requests, in writing, must include the name, email address, company name and other pertinent information used during registration.

For transfer, please provide the name(s), title(s), company name(s), email address(s) and other information of the substitute attendee(s)
