Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy:
If you must cancel for any reason, we must receive written notice of cancellation by Dec 27, 2004. Your registration will be refunded less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations after Dec 27,2004 and No-Shows are non-refundable. You may transfer your conference registration to another person at any time prior to Jan 17, 2005 by providing written authorization.
Cancellation or transfer requests, in writing, must include the name, email address, company name and other pertinent information used during registration.For transfer, please provide the name(s), title(s), company name(s), email address(s) and other information of the substitute attendee(s)
