Will Be This Month's Featured Speaker

What: SAEC will hold its monthly FREE biz-event
for financial and industry analysts, press, venture capitalists,
entrepreneurs and professionals serving the Silicon Alley
entrepreneurial community.

When: Tuesday, December 11, 2001 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. EST
From 6:30 - 7:30 p.m., a group chat known as "Biz-Chat"
and limited to the first 30 - 40 participants, will take place
with the featured speaker Michael Tannen of Tannen Media Ventures.
His investment company specializes in early stage investments
in media, entertainment and telecommunications companies.
At 7:30 p.m. one company picked by lottery will be given
the opportunity to make a free five-minute presentation about
its business.
Then, Tannen will present the regularly scheduled SAEC program
"Straight Talk" starting at 7:45 p.m. His topic will be "True
Confessions of an Angel Investor." An informal, and "politically
incorrect", question and answer session will follow his presentation.
