When: Tuesday, August 14, 2001 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. EDT. Mr. Phillips' will present the regular SAEC program "Straight Talk" for entrepreneurs starting at 7:30 p.m. His specific topic will be "How to build management teams and Boards the right way in early-stage ventures." An informal, and sometimes "politically incorrect", question and answer session will follow the presentation.
