Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati Partner to Board
Silicon Alley Entrepreneurs Club (SAEC) today announced
that Mr. Babak (Bo) Yaghmaie, a partner at Wilson Sonsini
Goodrich & Rosati, has joined its board of advisors.
Bo's practice includes the representation of private and
publicly-held emerging growth high technology companies, leading
investment banks and venture capital funds with focus on public
offerings of equity and debt securities, private placements
and venture financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
He was a presenter at SAEC's January 2002 "CEO Meet"
where he spoke on "The Nuts and Bolts of Venture Terms:
Insights into the Legal Structure and Terms that Venture Capitalists
Require for their Investments." He has played an instrumental
role in many of the leading technology transactions in New
York's Silicon Alley, and regularly advises a variety of entrepreneurs
and venture-backed companies in the technology market.
